The Oklahoma Women Veterans Organization OKWVO is a 501 (c) (19) non-profit War Veterans Service Organization. The OKWVO recognizes the contributions of Oklahoma’s daughters made in the defense of this great nation since the Civil War to present.
We provide many services to our Oklahoma women veterans. We have developed a network of many veterans and organizations within the state to keep you abreast of changes in veterans benefits and how to access them. Our mission is to communicate with and assist our women veterans in need, so that they may fulfill their lives.
The purpose of this Organization is to provide an opportunity for locating, communicating and associating with military women in Oklahoma, of the various military services. The OKWVO may serve as a medium of exchange between women veterans and other veteran Organizations. To provide assistance where needed to Oklahoma women veterans.
