Welcome to Blue Star Mothers Chapter 20

Who We Are
We are a 501c3 organization composed of Mothers* of servicemembers who are currently serving, has previously served in or has been honorably discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States.

Our Mission
Blue Star Mothers of America's mission is to support the Armed Forces of the United States of America and its Veterans; advocate for America's Armed Forces and those men and women who have served their country with honor; maintain allegiance to the United States; educate our members and others not to divulge military or other government information; assist and participate in ceremonies which honor, remember and support our military men and women, and veterans; honor those families whose children have died in service to our country; assist in the care of unsupported mothers who gave their children to the service of the Nation; foster true democracy; assist in Homeland Security; uphold the American principles of freedom, justice and equal rights, and to defend the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

What We Do
Each month we send "Freedom Boxes" to our deployed servicemen and women from our communities packed with snacks, hygiene items and other comforts from home.

We provide necessary items to our local Veterans Center on an as needed basis along with some surprise visits with fun donations.

We offer a support system for other Military Moms, because no one quite understands what they are going though like another Military Mother.

We partner with other Military projects like Wreaths Across America, the VFW Food Pantry and The American Legion as well as our local Elks Lodge.

We network in our communities to raise funds to support our mission.
All of our members are Volunteers only, so funds raised cover our operations and support our Armed Forces.
