Free Intentional Living Retreat for veterans - Veterans and a family member or significant other can attend. Maximum 20 veterans. Here is the schedule:
2025 OKC Veterans Intentional Living Retreat Schedule
Friday, December 5
Day 1: Personal Growth & Resilience
6-7pm: Introductions: 1 hour
7-8pm: Session One: Self-Care 1 hour
8-9pm: Session Two: Yoga Nidra 1 hour (Amanda Wood)
*Snacks will be served on this day. Charcuterie and veggies.
Saturday, December 6
Day 2: Personal Development & Mindfulness
12-1pm: Yoga - Yin Deep Stretch 1 hour (Shannon Stephens)
1-3pm: Session One: Self-Care Benefits two hours
3-4pm:Session Two: Finding Your Purpose, Living Intentionally 1 hour
4-5pm:Session Three: Mission statement & Vision Board
5-6pm:Dinner/Creative Expression 1 hour
6pm:Release boat cruise participants
6-8pm:Session Four: Establishing Healthy Boundaries two hours
8-9:30pm:Finding Joe 1.5 hours
*Box lunches will be served as well as a buffet style dinner.
Sunday, December 6
Day 3: Self Study - Finding Your Bliss
12-1pm:Yoga - Yin Deep Stretch 45 minutes (Shannon Stephens)
1-2:30pm:Lunch/Session Five: Turning Conflict Into Intimacy 1.5 hours
2::30-3pm:Session Six: Sleep Hygiene 30 minutes
3-3:30pm:Recap: 30 minutes
3:30-4:30pm:Snacks/Leftovers/Break: 1 hour
4:30-5:30pm:Attendees Sharing their Blissful Life: 1 hour
*Box lunches and snacks will be served this day.
