Description:

Four United States Army chaplains gave their lives to save military personnel as the troop ship SS Dorchester sank in the icy North Atlantic during the early morning hours of February 3rd , 1943, after being torpedoed by a German submarine off Newfoundland. We will be honoring their sacrifice as we tell their story.
